SAP FICO Functional Business Analyst
Functional Business Analyst is needed to participate as a key member of the software development team to implement DDRV, Implement SAP Financial Accounting and Control (FICO) systems to manage the financial transactions related to RV rental, such as receiving customer payments, payments to RV vendors, tracking and accounting related to RV rental including: product reservation, delivery, product repair and depreciation, insurance payments and etc. The SAP FICO system will also be used to provide data for cost analysis and profitability reporting. When customized software extension modules are needed, drive the definition of the business requirements accordingly.
The responsibility of this position is mainly to create and manage SAP Financial Accounting and Control (FICO) projects tracks to implement and deploy functionality as required by: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc. Specifically it involves task as:

Facilitate project management communication regarding project strategies on scope, cost, timeline, resources & quality.
Gather business requirements.
Define gaps between business requirements and as-is solutions.
Satisfy business requirements by configuring SAP Financial Accounting and Control Modules and integrate with other DDRV modules.
Work with developers to identify and implement custom solutions.
Supporting and implementing technical integrations of global 3rd party applications.
Escalation point for solution design or troubleshooting with outside partners.
Define test cases for solutions.
Testing and deploying solutions to production systems.
Help business understand system capabilities.
Conduct user training and prepare user manual.
Production support of SAP business processes as needed.
BS in Business, Finance or related discipline, preferably MBA/MS degree with knowledge on Financial Accounting, Business Financial Analysis and Cost Management.
Knowledge and experience with SAP Financial Accounting and Management Accounting implementation (SAP FI/CO modules) for a commercial environment.
Knowledge or experience with business process, supply chain management and integration with financial system modules including general ledger accounting, account payable, account receivable.
Knowledge of Business Analytics to analyze business data and generate report.
Fluent with SQL, Excel, MS Word, MS Project.
Strong communication and coordination skill with related business parties.
Bilingual in English and Chinese to work with offshore team.
